There are apps that do it but you can block calls from Sprint's website.

App "Advanced Call Blocker" works excellent!! Dont hesitate to download it. I was getting harrassing calls from my Ex after the bar closed everynight, this helped big time!

My favorite call-blocking app is Mr. Number call blocker - I didn't realize it can be done from Sprint's site, that's great information as well!

Extreme Call Blocker Droid....I have it and it ROCKS, it just works really really good.

Best selling call blocking/filtering app on the Android market, a complete privacy tool for your calls and sms. We have excellent support record, no question will be ignored.

*Backup/Restore settings from SD
*Hangup mode block voice mail
*Block anonymous/private/unknown/blacklist calls
*Block unknown/blacklist SMS,
*Built-in private SMS mail box hide private txt msg
*Schedule on Google calendar to decide when to block.
*Hide private number calls in/out, no call log record.

What's in this version:
V24.9
Removed extra authentication check that disabled the app on some paid users.
Changed license check so that it will run only once after a new install or an update.
V24.8
User requested enhancements added in this version:
1. Added function to email private text messages
2. Added LED, sound, and vibrate selection for blocking notification.

Meh Youmail beats them all imo. If its not a number I recognize and/or want to answer, it goes to Youmail, which filters it out. No caller ID? You get a "sorry, this person doesn't accept anonymous calls" and it hangs up. Many other filters, too.

No. Better Youmail isn't the official Youmail app. Its something someone else did. I haven't tried it as I've never felt the need to. It "prettifies" the interface a bit so if you are into that sort of thing, go for it, but the official FREE one is fine by me.

I use easy filter. It's great, extremely easy to setup and use, there is a free version in the Android market. It can also do sms blocking as well.
