EVO Stuck On White Loading Screen
Hey all. I'm (obviously) new here and wanted to thank you guys for being a help to wanderers online.
I rooted my EVO a little while ago and was very happy with it until I got to Cyanogenmod 184.108.40.206 or whatever the most recent version is as of today. That version suffers from the GPS problem, which I was attempting to remedy by flashing to another ROM, a Sense one. After that, my phone has been stuck on the white loading screen indefinitely.
My memory card, for some reason, became undocked. I don't know why, but this was last week. I tossed a smaller one that I had laying around into the phone after that and used my computer to try and view the one that came with my phone, but it wouldn't/couldn't read the files. I was out of storage room, so I elected to format the memory stick, using the ability to do so in ROM Manager. I did this before downloading the Sense Rom and before rebooting, of course.
So, am I screwed? I saw that it was pretty difficult to actually screw u your phone, but not impossible to do so in the process. Did I succeed in bricking my phone?
Edit: Now, when I reboot, it immediately goes into the recovery screen, regardless of if I'm holding volume down on the phone or not.
I'll stop monkeying with it now.
