They pop up a big window with the person's picture (if they're in my contact), phone number and have buttons for answer or decline. The really cool thing about it is that the process makes sense and is very intuitive which is something that I have stopped looking for in my electronic devices because I find that it is more the exception rather than the rule.  At any rate, thanks for pointing it out.
