I've found the Jabra Halo (around 50 bucks on Amazon) to work well and have excellent sound. Two caveats, however.  As they fit on the ear, rather than in the ear, if you bend over to pick something up, you may find them sliding off your head.  Also, there are customer reviews on Amazon complaining that the joints where they fold, are not as sturdy as one would hope.

I recently purchased the Plantronics Backbeat 906 with open-mic technology stereo bluetooth.
Coming from the HT820, this move had to be huge and it was,  here's why.
The caller can be heard in both earpieces, not just one ( mono ) like the HT820.  when listening to music, all I need to do to activate the open mic, which means I can hear my surroundings normally, I just mute the music playback, and the switch is instant.
Noise cancellation...big one here...I work in a very loud work area and if I need to talk with tech or one of the owners I can do so without leaving the area...very cool. Impossible to achieve on the HT820.
They fit like the s9 headsets, but not in the ear enough to cause discomfort, and the part that goes behind the head/neck isn't a hard plastic.  Just a rubberish thin piece.
Double tap the left earpiece to call back the last person, or long hold to activate the voice command ( speak now )
The right earpiece controls the bass-boost, skip track and the volume.
Sound: Clear, and almost too loud if the volume is cranked. Gameplay, navigation, and movies play through the headset as well.
Bought mine for about 70$ from Amazon a couple months ago, couldn't be happier.
side note: easy to forget they're in, so it's best to remove before going to sleep...I pillow dialed a few dozen people one day while sleeping...oopsie...turns out I snore, lmao!!!!

Edited:  Two more things to note.
1.  Goodbye Princess leia look...The HT820 has a noticeable poof, lol...
2.  If you need to take them off....they fit in your pocket

Or you can get a portable one that clips onto the visor. I'm considering getting this one that answers calls, streams music to the car stereo, cans for the best FM channel and tells you which to dial to, announces calls, up to 18 hours of talk time, 14 days of standby, and supports any voice commands your phone supports. The only negative aspect I see with it is that it comes with a mini-USB car charger, so I'll have to keep two car chargers with me. Not that big of a deal really though with as long as this thing will last on a charge.

you cuold buy one of them cigarette plugs with the usb plug. and a cable that has two ends instead of one.

i bought one from walmart. for my motorcycle. i can charge two usb devices with one cable.

I tried the Back beat906 about a year ago and I didn't like them for the following reasons:
1. when using outdoors they would cut out very badly..
2. The volume was not as loud as I needed to get over the lawnmower.
