My son got my EVO and since then, a lot of things have changed including my keyboard.  I want the keyboard with the arrow keys but can't figure out how to get it back. I've been to settings->Language and keyboard and also the Swype settings.  No dice!  Can anyone help me on this??

Thanks!

There are a lot of keyboard apps in the Market you can try, and many have various settings.

I completely agree however my point is the keyboard with the arrow keys was there and now it's gone meaning it is still there somewhere but how the heck do I get it back?  I had lost it before (same way...my son...aaarrrggghhh!) and I had got it back but now for some reason, I can't seem to find which setting it is.

Someone has gotta know this I would think even though most folks hate that particular keyboard.  I just happen to like it.

Thanks!

Sometimes when they do system changes, they change other things like the keyboard and there's no getting it back unless you find the apk or if someone makes a copy and puts it in the Market.

Have you tried changing the input,  I am gathering he changed it to Swype and you are wanting the original back.

Got to messages as though you are going to type a message,  hold a long press where the message is usually written and a pop up 'input method' should appear,  click standard keyboard.

I am hoping that is what you mean.
