It should already be on the phone if you have software version 3.70, which is probably why you couldn't get it to download.

One game I didn't see on here that I think is great is x-men. It's the classic arcade game but ported over to android. It's not in the market place but it is on amazon. The controls for the d pad is ok, if you go off the d pad you stop moving and I have big fingers and it is a little frustrating but you can keep continuing so it's not that bad. Really a great game if you played the arcade version before. Also has multiplayer over wifi which is always great.
