The first picture is 3G speed in Washington DC.

The second one is 4G in NorthWest DC in the afternoon, the third is 4G in Hyattsville MD (just outside of DC).

Do you get a stronger 4G signal when you're outside? I do.

I've got about two bars of 3G. I've ran three speed tests and I averaged 1080 down and 500 up...it's much faster than I thought 3G would be.

my speed test is showing 169"K" and 104"K" and it's pulling from Wichita, KS and I live in Jacksonville FL.

What the heck is up with that?  Why is Wichita my closest server?

In the application, go to Settings & select a different server (if you're using Speed Test by Ookla).

I think we should have a topic that shows what everyones speed tests are showing.  Feel free to post screen shots.  Also, give an approximate location...time of day...and 4G-3G #of bars etc...

Here is one from Camden NJ at 8:30 with 1 bar of 4G coverage
