Some one know how to remove the microphone spare part for change a new one..??

Unless your a tech, well versed in surface mount soldering techniques, I don't recommend attempting this type of repair. Most of these components are heat soldered, and the solder itself is RoHs complaint Lead-Free, which makes matters still worse to work with. I'd recommend sending it in for repair, or, trading it in for replacement.
