Hey, I have the stock 8 gig card in my phone, and I have about 3 gigs of pics and music on it. I've used the astro file manager app to see what was taking up the 5 remaining gigs, but it doesn't add up. I should have close to 5 gigs left, but only have about 70 megs left. I use the Apps to SD, and there was nothing in the .mail folder.

I've had this happen to me once and was able to delete a file that saved stuff while the phone was hooked up to the computer. I know it is a known issue but I can't find the page I used before. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is your card partitioned?  My sugestion , save the entire card to your pc , and format your card.  Then copy only what you need back to the card.   Yes I mean go thru every folder, if its for games or pics or music move it back.  You will notice a lot of the folders are empty, which are unneeded.
