I added the hotspot service about 30 min ago and I was told to wait about 10-15min. Anyhow, turned on the hotspot service and my itouch can detect my EVO but when I enter a password to connect I keep getting "unable to join the network". Any ideas?

I did update to Froyo (HTC version) several days ago. I did a search on topics but didn't see anything that pertained to this specific issue, unless I missed it.

I would call tech support and have them make sure it's set up properly. Seems most issues with newly started services are in the settings/Sprint's setups.

Go into your system updates section of the settings menu and push update profile. May be your phone isn't properly provisioned to use the new service yet.
