Like connecting a wireless bluetooth headset to your phone. To send a file to someone, you need to either email it or send it by text message. I would recommend emailing it. Just click the Mail icon, put in her email address and send it. The easiest way is to get Astro File Manager and navigate to the media/audio/ringtones folder. Long press on it and choose Send, then choose Bluetooth. The devices do have to be paired first, or at least discoverable.
