Having problems or have questions? Follow the steps below
before starting a new thread. (If you have already started a new thread, please read the information below and modify your thread as necessary. Thanks!)
- Step 1: If you are using a task killer, get rid of it. I don't care if the Sprint guy did install it for you. See the Evo FAQ to learn why. If you aren't using one or have deleted it and are still having problems, see Step 2.
- Step 2: Read the links above. If you do not find the answer to your question or issue in one of the links above, see Step 3.
- Step 3: Use the search function[/u][/b] located at the top of every page. Try different search terms to do your best to find the answer to your questions. Most things have been asked and answered numerous times already. If you don't find an answer after searching, see Step 4.
- Step 4: Post a message in the appropriate forum/section and give as much detail about your problem as possible, including whether or not your phone is rooted, what you think is causing the problem, etc. If you are having a problem with an app, please tell us which app it is (whether its a stock app that came with the phone or one you downloaded, and which one it is). We'll do our best to help you but the more information you can give us, the faster/better we can help.
