I like that apps are installed with one click and no phone restart.
I like how much I can customize my home screens.
I like ShapeWriter. A lot.
I like the Browser.
I like the YouTube app.

I don't like the default phone keypad, or the method for finding contacts, is there an alternative?
I don't like my battery life, but I'm going to tweak several settings to see if it improves.

I'm only on day 2, so we'll see how it goes.  Definite improvement so far.

There is definitely some alternatives keyboard and contacts wise, many Android apps can even access system processes (unheard of in the Iphone) so you may actually be able to download an alternative contacts app that can launch calls (although I am not sure.
