So, while I was waiting, Steve Jobs looked like an idiot showing their brand new Iphone. I've got my EVO now and it still is better than the new iphone. Sorry, I own an Imac so I am not being biased. I love my Imac and Ipod (old one) but this phone is Super EVO wink

UPS dude just handed it to me before going to work.

I said good bye to my instinct. I thought it was gonna be hard for me, but as soon as I cut my evo on I got over the instinct real quick lol. I got it on Monday and the only time I put it down is when I got in the shower lol. I love this phone. Some folks were complaining about having all their contacts from the various social sites mixed in with their contacts. I love it because just about everyone in my contact list is on FB or twitter. I didn't have to reload their pics. I loved how the evo was able to find the links between my contacts.

I love the scenes! I set up one for work, travel, and one for my texting buddies. The live wallpaper is amazing. I just love it. I have the one with the grass that changes from day to night right along witht the time. I love this phone!!

So this google voice dialer....is it just retarded? or just a little special?
No dedicated camera button, pixellated qik video...and updating qik just made it worse, now I'm stuck with 2 qik icons after removing the update. Need to read up on this one...

Hotspot or tether? Haven't decided yet...both seem fast

So after joining the Instinct phase, and after updating to the improved slower version of the Instinct HD...I finally did it.

I'm an Evo owner ( half-white )
Not digging the battery life and if this is improved...geesh, looks like i'm gonna need another battery.

Not looking to root...but it's very tempting

Been following behind the scenes and I feel I made the right choice...being this is a gift, my upgrade is still open, so time will tell.

First impression...I love it...
the games, the apps, the speed, the smoothness, and Flash videos.

Got the invisible sheild, but do I need it?...removed the one off my Instinct HD and still no scratches.

Anyways, I'm rambling...cool phone...looking forward to gingerbread and it's rumored improvements.

Yes it is. But it's a good beast. wink

If you're looking for good video chat, go with yahoo messenger. You can do phone to phone, or phone to computer. Works pretty good.

I been bugging Samsung to fix their so-called upgrade.....ugh....like talking to a brick.

Probably another reason I didn't go with the Epic...........Samsung...

I'm about to get rid of my Instinct s30 for and Evo, and it is not going to be hard, the s30 is a god awful, overpriced, demon spawn of phone making, and i have no idea why I bought it. Cant wait to say hello to my new Evo.
