If you do not find the answer to your question or issue in the FAQ,
please use the search box located at the top of every page first
before starting a new thread. If you don't find an answer after searching, post a message and
give as much detail about your problem as possible, including whether or not your phone is rooted, how the problem happens (or what you were doing when it happened), what you have done to try and fix the problem, whether or not you are using a task killer, and whether or not you have read the FAQ and done a search. If you are having a problem with an app, please tell us which app it is (whether its a stock app that came with the phone or one you downloaded, and which one it is). We'll do our best to help you but the more information you can give us, the faster/better we can help.
In addition to helping with problems or offering suggestions, we also do a good bit of joking around. Please don't take offense at the teasing we do or if (more like when, actually) a thread gets derailed and hijinks ensue. We just like to have fun and goof around while helping.
