this may be a noob question but has anybody figured out how to take a good picture of the moon with the EVO? I don't know much about ISO and white balance and all that...

For the most part, it'll always show up as a white little dot.  You need a telescope or binoculars that can take pictures.  A simple camera will not do.  The moon will not appear as you see it with your eyes, because it's not THAT close.  It's an illusion.

Actual exposure of the moon should be f/16 with a shutter speed= to the iso your shooting at considering the fact that the moon is illuminated by the sun.

With an evo, good luck with that.
