The following steps are what I did and it worked perfectly. These files supposedly work on all ROMs. YMMV. Don't blame me if it doesn't work for you. I highly recommend doing full Titanium and nandroid backups before starting any of this.

1. Downloaded hex edited Flash .apk and hulu.working.apk fromthis post to my computer.
2. Downloaded Ava-Froyo to my computer.
3. Extracted zip file and removed the FLASH_ME_FOR_HULU.zip file.
4. Copied the above files (hex edited Flash, hulu.working.apk and Flash_Me_For_Hulu.zip) to my SD card.
5. Uninstall Flash updates from phone using Market.
6. Booted phone into recovery and flashed the above Hulu file.
7. Rebooted phone.
8. Installed hex edited Flash file with Astro File Manager. Had to choose uninstall, then reinstall.
9. Installed hulu.working.apk file with Astro File Manager.
10. Start up Hulu and enjoyed videos!

{Note I believe the Flash_Me file allows for viewing on hulu.com, while the hulu.working.apk allows running the Hulu app itself, but I could be wrong. Anyway, whatever they do, they worked. Smiley}

To make it easier, all you need to do is download Adobe Flash Player 10.1.105.6 from market and
replace the /data/data/com.adobe.flashplayer/lib/libflashplayer.so which is AND 10,1,105,6 hex edited to look like WIN 10,1,102,64 for HULU.

1) Extract libflashplayer.so to sdcard
2) Copy libflashplayer.so from sdcard to
/data/data/com.adobe.flashplayer/lib using root explorer and make sure the permissions for libflashplayer.so is rwxr-xr-x
* libflashplayer.so.fix.10.1.105.6.zip (3631.65 KB - downloaded 116 times.)

Yeah, I saw those instructions on the thread as well but they didn't work for me. Dunno why. And you still need the Hulu app file. Tongue

Tried that method as well. didn't work it just made my browser not load at all and the whole screen was black. Had to remove the changes.
Though the method Khassy put together works! When I tried it the first time you didn't have that update to also in include hulu.working.apk. Now I  have the Hulu app and it's working great! Thank you!

hummm works great for me on all browsers stock browser,dolphin,skyfire. no hulu app needed.
did you make sure to set the permissions for libflashplayer.so is rwxr-xr-x?

I haven't had a chance yet to flash "the new files" lol! My wife has her check up today from her surgery. But will be ready to give it another whirl later on!
How has the play quality been? I know on Rls4 it ran really choppy, but on Rls5 is ran smmmoooth with the updated flash. Just kinda curious.

Sorry im new to this =D

Okay so when you say flash, i boot into recovery screen, and go to flash rom from sd card? and then choose that file the same way you would a rom?

and this works on a rooted stock rom that i rooted with unrevoked from the rooting for dummies post?

here are the latest files that i am using. you should be able to watch hulu with or without the hulu app. with the file. here are the instructions.
1) Extract libflashplayer.so to sdcard

/data/data/com.adobe.flashplayer/lib using root explorer and make sure the permissions for libflashplayer.so is rwxr-xr-x

i am also including the newest hulu.apk file this new hulu file now fixes the widescreen/fullscreen issue.
