I'm ready to root my device now..
but I have NO clue what to do or which is the best method..
I'm not asking anyone for what to do, but I'm wondering..
who loves their phone even more now that it's rooted than before?
I rooted mine about a week after I got it. Did plenty of research and decided I wanted to do it.
Reasons I rooted and why I like my phone better now:

Much faster.
Wifi tethering/hotspot
Built in EQ for headphone, speaker and bluetooth
Ability to load Custom Roms
Games run smoother now that the FPS cap is gone
Do some searching and figure out if you think rooting will be a benefit for you.
