Yes is does, I used Titanium Backup and removed a bunch of junk.   wink

Zeria, he is rooted again.
And WOW. No mods in the rooting section for months other than Khassy...Now we are blessed with 3 in a day! Good to see. Khassy had her hands full here by herself.

Yep, rooted with Unrevoked.  Still running the stock rom for now.  Just wanted to get rid of the crapware Sprint puts on the phone.  Haven't decided on a rom just yet.  When I had my Hero I ran NFX Hero but that was a 2.1 rom.  CM6 sounds good but I heard CM7 is around the corner.   wink  What about you? Recommend anything?

Well if you want a sense rom, I highly recommend and enjoy Myn's rls4 (5 coming soon). Its great. Runs flawlessly. For nonsense, I would say Vaelpak. I know Roblin really likes that rom and the dev offers great support. I have run it and like it a lot as well. Fresh is another good sense based rom, but after running Myn's for me its tough to find one that is better...

I rooted my phone with unrevoked 3.3 just a minute ago, it has superuser, and shows the security is off, but when I tried to use titan backup it said it couldn't gain root priveledges (I told superuser to accept it) and it couldn't work without being rooted...what is the problem??

EDIT: I just installed and used the wifi wireless tether program and it works like a champ, so I know I'm rooted correctly...why won't titan work??

When I first installed it I got the same message. Try to uninstall/reinstall then start the program let the superuser box come up. Then press allow and exit titanium.  Now restart titanium and it should work. That is what I had to do.

Yeah, I saw him mention it in another thread after I'd already posted here. heh Oops!

And yeah, I should be back around more. My living arrangements are changing and it's allowing me more time. Mostly middle of the night time, but still more time. heh
