(From the PreCash Website: It's Easy Find your biller, then find a participating location. Just tell the clerk you want to pay your bill, give them the amount of cash for your bill PLUS THE FEE (emphasis mine). Most payments post to your account on the same day.) Couldn't I just use cash at a Sprint Store that accepts payments without the FEE? LOL!
