Letter received 10/06 about Sprint Premier Plans ending 12/31/11 even before your contract agreement is up.
Silver Premier Plans ending 12/31/11 Gold ending 12/31/12
So they can change and end plan provisions you and Sprint agreed upon before your agreement ends but you can't unless you want to pay a penalty. Sounds like a State Attorney a US Attorney issue as in deception of Advertizing and luring people into contracts that are being defaulted on.

After only being with Sprint for one year,I also have serious questions about their contracts and services.
10/12/11
I never benefited from their BS Premier plan anyway.....guess I won't miss it that much.

I just received an email notification that the Premier plans were ending. Not too happy about it, but I guess it's what Sprint "has" to do. But can someone explain the new upgrade plan, New for You? Is that allowing people to upgrade annually like the premier plans? I'm a little confused.

We seem to be in an era of companies screwing their customers.

When my contract is up, I'll try to figure out where I'll get screwed the least.

I don't mind. Its still the cheapest plan we can get, the best service in our area, and we're used to only having an upgrade every 2 years for other than primary lines, so we just juggle around who gets the upgrade.
