Data sucks, PRL and Profile updates.

My data sucks compared to my 4G.
I can keep going into my Profile and PRL and updating them as often as I want. It always says they are now updated and changes will be aplied. It seems like they are never updated being able to keep doing this.
Anyone have this problem?

Edit: Now I see my HTC sense keeps failing to load on start up. This keeps happening when I restart the phone.

Update. Got the new phone working after PRL UPDATE. love the phone now.

Edit: I did the reset and now my 3G is gone all together. I called Sprint and they where not able to figure it out. I now have to go to a Sprint store and have the thing checked out.

Any info I may need before I take it in?

Well I got a replacement phone and it is the same. Called Sprint and had a go around with them. I am now waiting on a 3rd phone. I hope this is soon fixed, but who knows?
