Khassy. We can go back and forth forever. If you enjoy wasting the $20. per month thats your right, But you have no leg to stand on if you sell a bill of goods that the surcharge is for the phones ability to do terrific things. My kids 3g phones download as much data as mine, according each month's bill.

I in turn have complimented the inproved areas that sprint has made. But IMO they are selling us way short on 4g. Im not living on this forum with over 6k posts because I like to see myself on line. Im making a point and an opinion of how I feel. And as far as im concerned you Humble Opinion is yours and means nothing to me....

I can leave sprint any time I like for now the 69.99 plan is a deal. But again they are theives for the extra $10..... and if you are a gambling person and could somehow place a wager with me. I see a class action down the road and a settlement where we will all see a $2.00 refund after attorneys fees, now troll on!

"You're a moderator, you shouldn't have an opinion."
"You have over 6k posts, you must have no life and just like to hear yourself talk."

These are the usual feeble (and terribly overused) attacks when someone disagrees with something someone else says that they don't like and can't handle. What's going to be your next attack, comparing me to Hitler? ROFL

RE:  Hate my sprint service:

I have the HTC EVO4G and am very satisfied with it after resolving a few problems.  Have extended battery and have cut off a few running programs.  Had a problem with being disconnected on phone calls.  Deleted task killers and certain suspicious dowloaded applications.  Reported my problems to Sprint and had a problem with the rep who stated I would be notified when they received a "refurbished phone".  Was not notified and when I contacted them the phone had been sent back.  I went to the Sprint office and met with the manager who was very patient, understood and gave me a new phone (not refurbished).  Do not try to resolve a problem with a rep.  Go to the manaager or supervisor.  Be careful of the applications you download because some of them can intercept with another task you are doing, even your phone call.  "Lookout" is a great application and scans your downloads before you activate them.   I hope I was of some help.     Verle18

Not even I, would go on a rant about 10 bucks a month..  Oh wait, today when I activate the Evo I got for my better half, it will be $20 per month.  Come on.  People spend more than that on bottled water because they're to ritzy for tap water. Shocked

Well, to be fair, some of us spend more than that on water because we don't want to die of Cryptosporidium. Tongue

That would apply to immunecompromised persons, otherwise the main symptom of cryptosporidiosis is self-limiting diarrhea in people with intact immune systems.

(Don't you just hate that I know about google and wikipedia? Tongue )

Yeah, well look up Milwaukee and crypto. Tongue And yes, I'm one of those with a compromised immune system that would have been dead had I moved to the area a few months sooner than I did. Thankfully, by the time I got here, it was done but I've insisted on bottled water since then. Plus, the tap water here tastes like sewage, which is another non-ritzy reason for having bottled water. (Google Milwaukee, sewage dumping while you're at it.)

Hadn't heard of that.  But wouldn't filtration be a better solution that all those plastic bottles?

Filters designed to remove Crypto
(any of the four messages below on a package label indicate that the filter should be able to remove Crypto)
Reverse osmosis (with or without NSF testing)
Absolute pore size of 1 micron or smaller (with or without NSF testing)

Better how? And we don't get the small bottles of water, we have eight 5-gallon bottles delivered monthly, and for any tree huggers out there, those bottles are reused by the company. They clean and refill them.

Think of all the gas guzzled while delivering them.  BTW, what do they use to wash the bottles?

And out of the flatlands in a cloud of dust and a hearty Hi Yo WTH?, comes Lamoe to add a new dimension to this thread.

Have been grandfathered into unlimited data (internet) access since I started with Sprint which is why I won’t change my 3G PCIM card to a 4G Sprint router till 4G gets to Rockford. Also had free texting and internet for wife’s Blackberry (don’t use it much myself). I pay the extra $10 because my phones (EVO Epic) are 4G capable. That means when I went thru Tampa to get to Peter’s Smoked Fish Stand had access to 4G, when in Chicago have access to 4G.  I live in the boonies of Boone county IL. My problem.

In my opinion, fee is not based on where you live or use the phone most of the time but what it’s capable of doing.

Want a 3G phone? Have a couple of Razors and a Blackberry around, was about to donate to Woundedwarriorproject.org, I’ll send them to you if you donate $10 each.

On well and septic myself. Put reverse Osmosis System in for kitchen, water heater, and cold water for baths and showers, just to be on safe side.
