My data speeds are pathetic!!! I'm sick of paying for service I'm not receiving. Paying $10 for premium data and I can only use my phone when on WiFi. This is unacceptable if you ask me.

Check out your reception. Poor reception certainly affects your speeds. When I have full bars my speed is generally around 1.5mb/s.

For anyone else having these issues...I called sprint today and got the $10 premium data fee waived for this month only though. I asked if I should call back next month if the problem persists and they told me they cant guarantee anything but to call back anyway. I actually got a credit of $20 because I have 2 evos.

I called sprint with the same issue recently and talked to a supervisor who did nothing. My data speeds are impossible without using wifi.

Not really much they can do. A lot depends on where you are located in relation to the towers, as well as how many others use the same towers. Make sure your Profiles and PRLs are updated, but that's about the most anyone can really control.

I had no problems until about 3 months ago. My speeds were great before that. My phone was checked out and there is nothing wrong with it. Also if I do a speed test after midnight I average 800 to 1300kbps which I would be happy with. But who uses there phones after midnight on a consistant basis. I like sprint and have referred others to them but would be embarrassed to now. I hope they get it fixed. I hate only being able to use my phone on WiFi.

Keep trying, it took a lot of persistence. You'll get it.
