yeah, weird cuz even Beck and Tea party groups can't tell the difference between Beck and tea party groups.  Considering that only 138 out of 138 Tea Party candidates are Republican, I can see how they'd get confused.

Yeah I mean im pretty confused myself on what democrats are thinking.

Fiscal Responsibility? NO!
Less Govt and more freedoms? NO!
GOv't Accountability? NO!

If you pay real attention, youll see the tea party actually backed a democratic candidate for awhile, and has removed multiple republican nominees from even being mentioned.

Although Media likes to lie so noone would know about this unless you do your own research.

Which is why i like right network. Smiley

EDIT: Btw, Khassy is my new partner in political debates, Wink  between her and I, anyone voting "straight party" will be made to feel stupid. well.. outside of the forums.

Right, and they are all running as republican.  Beck wasn't the only reason people went to his rally though.  Palin was there, she's a vocal supporter of and identifies with the Tea Party. Beck seems to pretty clearly identify with it as well, but whatever. If you don't think his anti-Washington talk and vocal support of the Tea Party means he supports the Tea Party, that's fine.  

Edit, too - I voted for a republican today.

I don't believe it was stated that he didn't support them or vice versa. Just that they weren't one and the same. Tongue A concept too difficult for a great many minds to grasp, it seems.

Yikes, it was a joke! You can't defend a joke, you can only explain it to the people who don't get it.  Tea partiers were at the Beck rally.  This wasn't some big secret. Tea partiers often condemn intellectual stuff (cuz being smart is bad and being dumb is good, apparently) and I made a play on the word "smartphones."  Its silly.  I don't actually think phones are politicized.  That would be silly.  It would also lead to irrelevant tangents about politics instead of phones.

Honestly, it is irrelevant.  I only jumped in on this to show how injecting politics willy-nilly into topics just to stir the pot or whatever totally ruins a discussion on cell phones.
